Windows: unzip, run GloryToRome.Console.exe. SmartScreen may warn (the build is unsigned) - choose "More info" → "Run anyway".

macOS: unzip, then in Terminal: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine GloryToRome.Console and run ./GloryToRome.Console (Gatekeeper blocks unsigned downloads otherwise).

Linux: unzip, chmod +x GloryToRome.Console, run it.

The game connects to the server automatically - pick Host online game, send the join code to the others, and you're playing.
